You accept the terms below by sending a request via Lysse. We have made these agreements to ensure that you are fully aware of our discount policy and return procedures. These agreements apply to domestic orders in the United Kingdom.
14 day right of return
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return. The 14 days start from the moment you have received your entire order.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts that are not due to our error are not eligible for return.
Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Process for returns
Would you like to return an item? Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order at support@lysse.co.uk.
Our support team will send you a return form which you need to print, fill in, and include in your return package.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Exception: If you received a wrong or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a free return label via email, which you can simply download and print.
Please repackage your item(s) using the original packaging. The customer is responsible for proper packaging. Send your return to the address below.
Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@lysse.co.uk so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
What is the restock-fee?
There is no restock-fee.
Delayed or missing refunds
Check your bank account again if you have not received a refund. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please use the Contact Us button at the top of the page and send us an email. We will respond within 24 hours of your inquiry.
Exchanges
All orders can be exchanged. Please contact our customer service to initiate an exchange.
We will notify you of the refund
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@lysse.co.uk — we respond within 24 hours.
